目的:评价囊袋张力环在高度近视白内障患者行超声乳化手术中应用的价值。方法对24例高度近视眼(近视≤-8.00 D或者眼轴≥25.5 mm)行白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入及囊袋张力环植入术,术后1~3个月跟踪随访所有患者,对患者手术前后视力、后发性白内障发生率,人工晶状体位置变化等进行一系列调查。结果24眼白内障手术后1 d矫正视力与术前均有明显改善,术后3个月矫正视力较稳定,≥0.6者9眼,0.5~0.3者7眼,0.3~0.1者6眼,≤0.1者2眼,24眼均未发生人工晶状体移位。3个月时均未发现有后囊膜混浊。结论囊袋张力环在高度近视白内障患者行超声乳化手术中应用后可以明显地稳定人工晶状体的位置,防止晶状体悬韧带离断,进而有效地降低了后发性白内障的发生率。

목적:평개낭대장력배재고도근시백내장환자행초성유화수술중응용적개치。방법대24례고도근시안(근시≤-8.00 D혹자안축≥25.5 mm)행백내장초성유화적제연합인공정상체식입급낭대장력배식입술,술후1~3개월근종수방소유환자,대환자수술전후시력、후발성백내장발생솔,인공정상체위치변화등진행일계렬조사。결과24안백내장수술후1 d교정시력여술전균유명현개선,술후3개월교정시력교은정,≥0.6자9안,0.5~0.3자7안,0.3~0.1자6안,≤0.1자2안,24안균미발생인공정상체이위。3개월시균미발현유후낭막혼탁。결론낭대장력배재고도근시백내장환자행초성유화수술중응용후가이명현지은정인공정상체적위치,방지정상체현인대리단,진이유효지강저료후발성백내장적발생솔。
ObjectiveTo investigate the value of the capsular tension ring (CTR) in high myopia cataract phacoemulsifi cation.Methods Twenty-four eyes of 24 patients with high myopia cataract had an implantation of a CTR during phacoemulsifi cation associated with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation surgery with 1~3 months follow-up for vision, the position of artifi cial lens and posterior capsular opacifi ciation (PCO).Results There are signifi cant improvement in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) at 1 day, 3 months postoperatively. Postoperative visual acuity with correction greater than 0.6 in 9 eyes, 0.5~0.3 in 7 eyes, 0.3~0.1 in 6 eyes, less than 0.1 in 2 eyes. No IOL decentration was found. No PCO at 3 months.Conclusion Application of CTR in high myopia cataract surgery associated with IOL implantation operation can prevent IOL decentration and tilt, and may lead to preventing posterior capsular opacity and retinal detachment.
