目的:了解更年期妇女对饮食与运动认知的具体情况,以提高更年期妇女的自我保健意识。方法以辖管社区146例、医院住院患者146例共292例(有效调查对象282例)更年期妇女为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式了解更年期妇女对饮食与运动认知情况。结果在282例更年期妇女中,有184例注重饮食调养,176例注重运动锻炼,其中医院住院患者注重饮食者122例,占83.36%,社区更年期妇女注重饮食62例,占42.47%;医院住院者注重运动锻炼126例,占86.30%,社区妇女注重运动锻炼50例,占34.25%。文化程度及身体健康状况对饮食与运动的影响差异具有统计学意义。结论更年期妇女对饮食与运动情况认知意识差,应加强对更年期妇女饮食与运动的健康教育,预防各种老年病的发生。

Objectives To investigate menopausal women’s cognition about diet and sports,to improve their awareness of health care.Methods 292 menopausal women were selected from communities (146)and Hankou hospital (146),282 of which completed the investigation.A questionnaire survey was conducted learn about their cognition about diet and sports.Results Among the 282 women,184 paid attention to diet and 1 76 focused on sports.For inpatient women,122 paid attention to diet (83.36%)and 126 focused on sports (86.30%).For women from community,62 paid attention to diet (42.47%)and 50 focused on sports (34.25%).The differences in education level and physical situation’s influence on the cognition were statistically significant.Conclusions Menopausal women don’t have a good and scientific cognition about diet and sports.Health education should be strengthened for them to prevent gerontological diseases.
