目的：对克拉玛依市某区3所社区卫生服务中心所辖居民进行满意度调查，为提高社区卫生服务机构的服务能力和提高居民对社区卫生服务机构的服务利用提供依据。方法使用自行设计的居民社区卫生服务满意度调查表，采用随机抽样的方法，对克拉玛依市某区3所社区卫生服务中心居民进行满意度调查。结果居民对社区卫生服务机构的总体满意度程度为77%，对医疗设备、医疗技术等方面满意度较低，仅占70%。结论应提高社区卫生服务医务人员的技术水平，增加社区医疗设备，调动工作积极性，提高居民满意度，促进社区卫生服务中心基本医疗和基本公共卫生服务项目的可持续发展。

Objectives In view of the implementation of basic public health services in three community health service center of a district to carry on the residents satisfaction survey.to provide a basis for the development of the basic public health serv-ices.Methods Using the residents of the community health service satisfaction survey designed by researchers,adopting the method of random sampling,the residents'satisfaction survey was carried out.Results The residents'satisfaction with the overall level was high.But the satisfaction was low in terms of medical equipment,medical technology and other aspects.Con-clusions The quality of the community health medical personnel should be improved and workers should be activated.Im-provement in the residents'satisfaction can promote the sustainable development of the basic public health services.
