目的：对全髋关节与人工股骨头两种置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效进行比较。方法选择2012年12月～2014年12月前来我院进行治疗的80例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，把所有患者随机分为研究组和对比组，对比组患者采用人工股骨头置换术进行治疗，研究组患者采用全髋关节置换术进行治疗，治疗后对两组患者临床疗效进行对比。结果研究组总有效率为98％，对比组总有效率为75％，两组数据对比差异比较明显（P ＜0.05）。结论患者采用全髋关节置换术进行治疗的临床效果明显，可以在很大程度上改善股骨颈骨折疾病症状。
목적：대전관관절여인공고골두량충치환술치료고골경골절적림상료효진행비교。방법선택2012년12월～2014년12월전래아원진행치료적80례고골경골절환자작위연구대상，파소유환자수궤분위연구조화대비조，대비조환자채용인공고골두치환술진행치료，연구조환자채용전관관절치환술진행치료，치료후대량조환자림상료효진행대비。결과연구조총유효솔위98％，대비조총유효솔위75％，량조수거대비차이비교명현（P ＜0.05）。결론환자채용전관관절치환술진행치료적림상효과명현，가이재흔대정도상개선고골경골절질병증상。
Objective For total hip and two kinds of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture curative effect comparison. Methods In December 2012 to December 2014 to our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of femoral neck fracture patients as the research object, all the patients were randomly divided into research group and control group, control group were treated by artificial femoral head replacement for treatment, treatment group were treated by total hip replacement, the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment were compared. Results The group the total effective rate was 98%, control group total effective rate was 75%, two groups of data contrast are the obvious difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with total hip replacement effect is obvious, can largely improve the femoral neck fracture disease symptoms.
