目的:探讨壮医药线点灸联合针挑疗法抗氧化损伤与衰老的效果。方法 SPF级 Wistar大鼠100只随机分为正常对照组(简称对照组)、模型组、药线组、针挑组及药线+针挑组(简称联合组),每组20只。药线组、针挑组、联合组分别给予药线点灸、针挑和药线点灸、针挑联合应用治疗。对照组、模型组不予特殊处理。连续3个疗程。检测活性氧( ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、丙二醛( MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH-Px)、脑脂褐素( LF)活性或水平变化及形态学观察端粒酶表达。结果与对照组比较,模型组ROS、MDA和LF水平升高或显著升高( P<0.05或 P<0.01),SOD、GSH-Px活性均显著降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,联合组SOD、GSH-Px活性升高最显著(P<0.01);ROS水平、MDA水平和LF水平均下降或显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与对照组比较,模型组端粒酶表达密度减少,表达活性降低。与模型组比较,药线组和针挑组端粒酶表达密度增强,表达活性上升;而联合组端粒酶表达密度显著增强,表达活性显著上升。结论壮医药线点灸联合针挑疗法可增强抗氧化酶活性和端粒酶表达,提高抗氧化能力,可能是其抗衰老的机制之一。

목적:탐토장의약선점구연합침도요법항양화손상여쇠로적효과。방법 SPF급 Wistar대서100지수궤분위정상대조조(간칭대조조)、모형조、약선조、침도조급약선+침도조(간칭연합조),매조20지。약선조、침도조、연합조분별급여약선점구、침도화약선점구、침도연합응용치료。대조조、모형조불여특수처리。련속3개료정。검측활성양( ROS)、초양화물기화매( SOD)、병이철( MDA)、곡광감태과양화물매( GSH-Px)、뇌지갈소( LF)활성혹수평변화급형태학관찰단립매표체。결과여대조조비교,모형조ROS、MDA화LF수평승고혹현저승고( P<0.05혹 P<0.01),SOD、GSH-Px활성균현저강저(P<0.01)。여모형조비교,연합조SOD、GSH-Px활성승고최현저(P<0.01);ROS수평、MDA수평화LF수평균하강혹현저하강(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。여대조조비교,모형조단립매표체밀도감소,표체활성강저。여모형조비교,약선조화침도조단립매표체밀도증강,표체활성상승;이연합조단립매표체밀도현저증강,표체활성현저상승。결론장의약선점구연합침도요법가증강항양화매활성화단립매표체,제고항양화능력,가능시기항쇠로적궤제지일。
Objective To investigate the effects of anti-oxidative damage and anti-aging by treatment of Zhuang medical thread mox-ibustion combined with Zhuang acupuncture .Methods One hundred Wistar mice,SPF grade,were divided randomly into control ,model, medical thread,acupuncture,combined groups with twenty mice in each group .Medical thread,acupuncture,combined groups were respective-ly treated with Zhuang medical thread moxibustion ,Zhuang acupuncture and Zhuang medical thread moxibustion combined with Zhuang acu -puncture.The levels of ROS,MDA,LF(lipofusin),activity of SOD,GSH-Px were tested and morphologic changes of telomerase were ob-served.Results Compared to those of control group ,the levels of ROS,MDA,LF were increased in model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),the activities of SOD,GSH-Px were decreased significantly (P<0.01).Compared to those of model group ,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased significantly in combined group (P<0.01)while the levels of ROS,MDA,LF were reduced(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared to those of control group ,the expression density and activity of telomerase were reduced in model group .Compared to those of model group ,the expression density and activity of telomerase were increased in medical thread and acupuncture groups and they were increased obviously in combined group .Conclusions Zhuang medical thread moxibustion combined with Zhuang acupuncture could enhance activity of antioxidant enzyme and expression of telomerase and improve ability of antioxidation ,which might be one of anti-aging mechanisms .
