目的：研究开展中医特色护理服务，提高护理人员相关基础知识及服务质量。方法：采用抽样法对250名护士进行中医药基础知识、基本技能和专科专病辩证施护培训，并在全院广泛性开展中医特色护理服务项目。结果：通过学习和培训、考核及定期的满意度测评，护士的中医药基础知识、服务能力、价值和满意度的体现方面提高效果显著（p ＜0．05）。结论：开展中医特色护理服务项目，可调动护士工作的积极性，提高服务能力，加强中医护理服务的内涵建设和突出中医特色。

목적：연구개전중의특색호리복무，제고호리인원상관기출지식급복무질량。방법：채용추양법대250명호사진행중의약기출지식、기본기능화전과전병변증시호배훈，병재전원엄범성개전중의특색호리복무항목。결과：통과학습화배훈、고핵급정기적만의도측평，호사적중의약기출지식、복무능력、개치화만의도적체현방면제고효과현저（p ＜0．05）。결론：개전중의특색호리복무항목，가조동호사공작적적겁성，제고복무능력，가강중의호리복무적내함건설화돌출중의특색。
Objective:through the development of TCMnursing service characteristics,improve nursing staff's basic knowledge of Chinese medicine,serv-ice ability and the value of clinical studies.Methods:2012 -2014 in our hospital by the method of sampling,250 nurses in traditional Chinese medicine basic knowledge,basic skills and specialized dialectically the nursing training,and in floor extensive characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing services, throughout the health education among them.Results:through the system of learning and training,evaluation and satisfaction assessment on a regular basis,bas-ic knowledge of Chinese medicine,the service ability of nurses and the embodiment of the value and satisfaction to improve effective (p ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:the effective development of characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine nursing services,to arouse the enthusiasm of nurses work,improve the service ability of nurses,strengthening the construction of the connotation of TCMnursing service and outstanding characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
