目的:探讨以问题为中心的质量改进护理模式在泌尿外科术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择2012年1月~12月50例泌尿外科术后患者为对照组行常规护理,选择2013年1月~12月50例泌尿外科术后患者为观察组,针对影响治疗效果的原因,成立以问题为中心的质量改进护理小组,构建泌尿外科患者术后管理模型。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况及患者满意度。结果观察组患者切口感染、肺部感染等并发症的发生率为18.0%,低于对照组的34.0%,差异有统计学意义(x2=7.327,P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(96.0% vs 86.0%),差异有统计学意义(x2=3.856,P<0.05)。结论采用以问题为中心的质量改进模式,可改善泌尿外科术后患者预后,降低并发症,提高护理满意度。

목적:탐토이문제위중심적질량개진호리모식재비뇨외과술후환자중적응용효과。방법선택2012년1월~12월50례비뇨외과술후환자위대조조행상규호리,선택2013년1월~12월50례비뇨외과술후환자위관찰조,침대영향치료효과적원인,성립이문제위중심적질량개진호리소조,구건비뇨외과환자술후관리모형。비교량조환자술후병발증발생정황급환자만의도。결과관찰조환자절구감염、폐부감염등병발증적발생솔위18.0%,저우대조조적34.0%,차이유통계학의의(x2=7.327,P<0.05)。관찰조환자호리만의도고우대조조(96.0% vs 86.0%),차이유통계학의의(x2=3.856,P<0.05)。결론채용이문제위중심적질량개진모식,가개선비뇨외과술후환자예후,강저병발증,제고호리만의도。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of problem-based center quality improvement management model on nursing of postoperative patients with urology. MethodsFrom January 2012 to December 2012,50 cases of postoperative patients with urology received routine nursing as control group.Problem-based center quality improvement management team was set up,and the nursing management model of patients with femoral neck fractures was structured,then 50 postoperative patients with urology from January to December in 2013 as observation group received the improved nursing.ResultsThe incidence of complications in observation group was 18.0%, lower than the control group(34.0%),the difference was statistically significant (x2=7.327,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in observation group is higher than the control group (96.0%vs 86.0%),the difference was statistically significant (x2=3.856, P<0.05).Conclusion The model of problem-based center quality improvement management can significantly improve the patients nursing satisfaction,reduce complications,which is worthy of wider promotion and application.
