本文通过对国内外医疗器械唯一编码及条码标准化管理的现状和趋势分析,结合我院实际提出了利用标准化医疗器械唯一编码(UDI)建立数据库和管理系统对高风险医用耗材进行精细化管理.该系统可以满足高风险医用耗材精细化管理及溯源的需要,也符合医疗器械管理的趋势,适合大型综合性医院对于该类耗材的监管.

This article analyzed the status and trends of UDI (Unique Device Identiifcation) and its globe standardization, and exemplified the feasible management practices of the hospital in establishment of a standardized UDI database and management system for fine management of high-risk medical consumables. The system could meet the needs of ifne management and traceability of high-risk medical consumables, and further keep in line with the globe trend of medical device management, which was applicable for management and supervision of high-risk medical consumables in large general hospitals.
