优良的学风是保证教育教学质量的重要条件之一，是高等教育的永恒课题，但学风建设是一个非常复杂的系统工程。分别从学生方面、教师方面、学校和社会方面分析当前学风建设所面临的问题，并从五个方面提出加强高校学风建设的策略。即加强教风建设，以教风带动学风；创新思想道德教育，激发学生的学习动力；加强制度和文化建设，制定良好的机制，营造良好氛围；严肃校规校纪，保障优良学风的形成；加强领导，齐抓共管，全员参与学风建设。并进行初步的实践，收到了一定的效果。

Favorable learning style is one of the crucial conditions of guarantying quality of education and teaching,and it is a con-stant topic of higher education. However,learning style construction is a complicated system. This article analyzes the issues existing in current learning style construction from aspects of students,teachers,schools and society. The strategies from five aspects are pro-posed to strengthen learning style construction. Firstly,we should strengthen teaching style construction to promote learning style. Sec-ondly,we should make innovation to ideological and moral education to provide students with learning motivation. Then,we should strengthen the institutional and cultural construction and develop appropriate mechanisms to create a great atmosphere. Also,we should observe the rules and regulations of the university to guarantee the formation of excellent learning style. Finally,we should strengthen leadership and work collaboratively to get everybody involved in building learning style. All in all,this paper fulfilled several parts of the theory and achieved certain effects.
