针对电力用户信息采集建设、运维中,用电采集信号不满足工作要求、SIM卡重复故障等问题,本文开发了一款用电信息采集信号现场检测仪,现场检测各移动运营商的信号强度,快速测试SIM卡,并提出多种用电信息采集信号管理办法,由此提升采集运行效率,提高用电信息采集率,降低采集运行成本。

In the construction and maintenance of power user information collection, electrical signal acquisi-tion does not meet the job requirements, SIM card failures repeatedly. Aiming at this problem, this paper develops an onsite information collection signal detector which can detect each mobile operator's signal strength, and rapidly test SIM card. The paper puts forward several ways of electrical information signal acquisition management, there-by enhancing the efficiency, improving the information collection rate and reducing the cost.
