血液、血管(内皮)和血流(剪切力)三种因素相互作用的细胞流变学(cytorheology)是目前血液流变学(hemorheology)研究的主要方向,建立以中药有效组分及其配伍和主效应的相关性研究是现代中药的一种新模式。该文概述了中药有效组分及其配伍在细胞流变学中的药物作用,如影响红细胞流变性(erythrocyte rheology, ER)的中药有效组分,对剪切力(shearing force, SF)诱导的血小板聚集(platelet aggregation, PAg)具有抑制作用的中药有效组分,抑制白细胞活化和黏附的中药有效组分以及保护内皮细胞的中药有效组分及配伍等。由于中药化学成分的复杂性,对细胞流变学的作用机制还不十分清楚,中药有效组分的研究使其化学物质基础基本明确,使中药的研究水平得以深入,避免低水平的重复。同时,发现和寻找理想的中药有效组分及配伍药物,阐明其活血化瘀的作用原理,对提高活血化瘀中药的细胞流变学研究具有重要意义。

Cytorheology with interaction among blood, blood vessels (endothelial) and bloodfl ow (shear stress) is one of the main direction of research in hemorheology, the correlation research based on effective components and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as well as the main effect from TCM is a new model of modern compound Chinese Medicine. This paper reviews the effect of the effective constituents and their compatibility in TCM on cytorheology, such as effective component of traditional Chinese medicine influenced erythrocyte rheology (ER) and inhibited platelet aggregation (PAg) induced by shearing force (SF) and inhibited activation and adhesion of leukocyte as well as effective components and compatibility of TCM protected endothelial cell and so on. The mechanisms of TCM chemical composition on cytorheology are not very clear due to its complexity, but the study of the effective constituents in TCM made its chemical basis clear and research level of TCM further. At the same time, improving the effect of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis on cytorheology is of great signifi cance through exploring for ideal effective components and compatibility in TCM and illuminating the mechanisms of TCM promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
