目的：观察应用中西医结合疗法治疗乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节的临床效果。方法选取76例乳腺癌术后患甲状腺结节患者，分为实验组与对照组，实验组采用中西医结合方法治疗，对照组行单纯的西医治疗。比较两组患者的症状改善情况、促甲状腺激素、结节大小，比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前后两组TSH水平无明显差异，治疗后实验组治疗总有效率为97.4%，对照组为81.6%，实验组结节体积缩小明显、中医症候改善较大，对照组症状改善不明显。结论中西医结合疗法能明显改善乳腺癌术后甲状腺结节患者的临床症状，降低恶变因素，治疗效果明显。
목적：관찰응용중서의결합요법치료유선암술후갑상선결절적림상효과。방법선취76례유선암술후환갑상선결절환자，분위실험조여대조조，실험조채용중서의결합방법치료，대조조행단순적서의치료。비교량조환자적증상개선정황、촉갑상선격소、결절대소，비교량조치료효과。결과치료전후량조TSH수평무명현차이，치료후실험조치료총유효솔위97.4%，대조조위81.6%，실험조결절체적축소명현、중의증후개선교대，대조조증상개선불명현。결론중서의결합요법능명현개선유선암술후갑상선결절환자적림상증상，강저악변인소，치료효과명현。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of thyroid nodules after breast cancer operation.Methods 76 patients with thyroid nodules after breast cancer operation were allocated to the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group was received integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy while the control group was only received western medicine therapy. Symptom improvement, TSH and the size of nodules of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe TSH levels had no significant differences in two groups before and after treatment. After the treatment, total effective rate of the experiment group was 97.4% while that of the control group was 81.6%. The nodular volume was significantly smaller and TCM symptoms were greatly improved in the experimental group while symptoms were not significantly improved in the control group.ConclusionIntegrative traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of thyroid nodules after breast cancer operation and reduce the malignant factors. The curative effect is obvious.
