目的：研究分析椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松压缩骨折的临床效果。方法选择2014年2月～2015年2月我院进行椎体成形术治疗的62例骨质疏松压缩骨折老年患者，对比治疗前、后患者的后凸畸形Cobb 角改善程度、中部高度丢失率、椎体前缘、日常生活活动能力评分（Barthel 指数）、疼痛视觉模拟评分（英简 VAS）等情况。结果椎体成形术治疗后，患者的 VAS 评分、Barthel 指数优于治疗前，P ＜0.05。治疗后与治疗前相比，患者的后凸畸形 Cobb 角、中部高度丢失率、椎体前缘差异明显，P ＜0.05。结论椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松压缩骨折，具有微创、迅速减轻疼痛、提高生活能力等优点。

Objective To study the analysis of the vertebral plasty clinical <br> effect for the treatment of senile osteoporosis compression fractures. Compared with before treatment, after treatment in patients with protrusion deformity after Cobb Angle, height of central presented. According to margin, fanterior differences, P<0.05. Conclusion The vertebral plasty in the treatment of senile osteoporosis compression fracture, with minimally invasive, quickly relieve pain and improve the ability of living, etc.
