目的：探讨隐裂牙的发生因素及临床观察。方法对82名牙隐裂患者的94颗隐裂牙齿进行临床观察，观察牙隐裂的发生因素。结果牙隐裂好发年龄在50岁左右，好发牙位是上颌磨牙，第一磨牙又明显多于第二磨牙。结论创伤性牙合力是引起牙隐裂的重要因素，而牙齿自身发育缺陷和牙齿结构的薄弱区域往往是导致牙隐裂发生的内在原因。
目的：探討隱裂牙的髮生因素及臨床觀察。方法對82名牙隱裂患者的94顆隱裂牙齒進行臨床觀察，觀察牙隱裂的髮生因素。結果牙隱裂好髮年齡在50歲左右，好髮牙位是上頜磨牙，第一磨牙又明顯多于第二磨牙。結論創傷性牙閤力是引起牙隱裂的重要因素，而牙齒自身髮育缺陷和牙齒結構的薄弱區域往往是導緻牙隱裂髮生的內在原因。
목적：탐토은렬아적발생인소급림상관찰。방법대82명아은렬환자적94과은렬아치진행림상관찰，관찰아은렬적발생인소。결과아은렬호발년령재50세좌우，호발아위시상합마아，제일마아우명현다우제이마아。결론창상성아합력시인기아은렬적중요인소，이아치자신발육결함화아치결구적박약구역왕왕시도치아은렬발생적내재원인。
Objective To study the factors and clinical observation of cracked teeth. Methods 82 patients with cracked teeth of 94 cracked teeth in clinical observation, the observation of cracked teeth. Conclusion Traumatic force is an important factor to cause tooth cracked teeth, and the structure of the tooth itself developmental defects and weak area is often the cause of the internal causes of cracked teeth.
