目的 探讨CXC趋化因子受体-4(CXCR4)和生存素(Survivin)蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测64例肺癌组织标本及癌旁组织CXCR4和Survivin的表达,分析其表达与临床病理参数及预后的关系.结果 64例肺癌组织中有41例CXCR4蛋白阳性表达和43例Survivin蛋白阳性表达,阳性表达率分别为64.1%和67.2%,正常肺组织呈阴性表达(P<0.01);CXCR4和Survivin蛋白表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移和组织分化程度有关(P<0.05);肺癌中CXCR4和Survivin蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.448 P<0.05).结论 CXCR4和Survivin蛋白在肺癌中高表达,两者在肺癌的发展中相互促进.

Objective To investigate the expression of CXC chemokine receptor-4 (CXCR4) and Survivin in non-small lung cancer and the mechanism.Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin-perosidase technique was used to detect the expression of CXCR4 and Survivin in 64 cases of non-small lung cancer tissues.Subsequently,the associations between CXCR4 expression,Survivin expression,CXCR4/Survivin coexpression and clinicopathologic factors were assessed,and survival analyses were performed.Results In total,41 (64.1%) patients expressed CXCR4,43 (67.2%) expressed Survivin,and 34 (82.9%) coexpressed CXCR4 and Survivin.Significant association between CXCR4 and Survivin expression was observed (r =0.448) in non-small lung cancer tissues.The expression of CXCR4 was correlated with tumor differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05),but not with histological types,gender and age (P > 0.05).The positive rate of Survivin was correlated with differentiation,clinical staging and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05),but not with gender,age and histological types (P > 0.05).Conclusion The high expression of CXCR-4 and Survivin may contribute to metastasis,invasion and lymph node metastasis of non-small lung cancer.
