目的:探讨经会阴盆底三维超声评估产后女性盆底肌收缩功能的临床效果。方法2011年12月至2013年12月期间,在我院收治的产妇资料中,选取43例阴道自然分娩的产后女性作为A组,再选取43例剖宫产的产后女性作为B组,同期再选取43例未育女性作为C组,采用三维超声评估三组女性盆底肌收缩功能。结果产后女性( A、B组)的矢状位肛提肌裂孔长度差值、盆膈裂孔面积差值、盆膈裂孔周长差值均明显低于未育女性(C组),差异比较有统计学意义( P <0.05)。但A、B两组相比不具明显差异(P>0.05)。结论经会阴盆底三维超声评估产后女性盆底肌收缩功能,切实可行,值得推广。

목적:탐토경회음분저삼유초성평고산후녀성분저기수축공능적림상효과。방법2011년12월지2013년12월기간,재아원수치적산부자료중,선취43례음도자연분면적산후녀성작위A조,재선취43례부궁산적산후녀성작위B조,동기재선취43례미육녀성작위C조,채용삼유초성평고삼조녀성분저기수축공능。결과산후녀성( A、B조)적시상위항제기렬공장도차치、분격렬공면적차치、분격렬공주장차치균명현저우미육녀성(C조),차이비교유통계학의의( P <0.05)。단A、B량조상비불구명현차이(P>0.05)。결론경회음분저삼유초성평고산후녀성분저기수축공능,절실가행,치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of assessing pelvic floor muscle contraction function by the perineum pel-vic floor three-dimensional ultrasound in postpartum women.Methods 43 cases of vaginal delivery of postpartum women were se-lected as group A, 43 cases of cesarean delivery postpartum women as group B, and 43 cases childless women for the same period as group C during Dec.2011 to Dec.2013 in our hospital maternal material.We used three-dimensional ultrasound to assess pelvic floor muscle contraction function in three groups of female.Results The results of the sagittal position anal levator in length differ-ence, pelvic diaphragm hiatal area difference, and basin diaphragmatic hiatus perimeter difference in postpartum women (group A, B) were significantly lower than those in childless women (group C) ( P <0.05).But there was no obviously difference between group A and group B ( P >0.05).Conclusion The perineum pelvic floor three-dimensional ultrasound is a practical method to assess pelvic floor muscle contraction function in postpartum women.
