目的:比较白芍醇提物及水提物镇痛、抗疲劳作用。方法制备白芍的醇提物及水提物。以小鼠扭体法研究白芍提取物的镇痛作用,以游泳试验及剧烈运动后血清中乳酸水平研究白芍提取物的抗疲劳作用。结果与正常组比较,两种提物均可显著降低小鼠扭体次数,且醇提物作用强于水提物组,与阿司匹林对照组相比具显著性差异( P <0.05);水提物能显著延长小鼠游泳时间,同时两种提取物均能显著降低小鼠剧烈运动后血清中乳酸水平,但醇提物作用强于水提物(P <0.05)。结论白芍醇提物和水提物均具有镇痛作用,且醇提物作用强于水提物,但均不及阿司匹林对照组;水提物具有抗疲劳作用。

목적:비교백작순제물급수제물진통、항피노작용。방법제비백작적순제물급수제물。이소서뉴체법연구백작제취물적진통작용,이유영시험급극렬운동후혈청중유산수평연구백작제취물적항피노작용。결과여정상조비교,량충제물균가현저강저소서뉴체차수,차순제물작용강우수제물조,여아사필림대조조상비구현저성차이( P <0.05);수제물능현저연장소서유영시간,동시량충제취물균능현저강저소서극렬운동후혈청중유산수평,단순제물작용강우수제물(P <0.05)。결론백작순제물화수제물균구유진통작용,차순제물작용강우수제물,단균불급아사필림대조조;수제물구유항피노작용。
Objective To compare analgesic and anti fatigue effects of the ethanol extract and water extract from Paeoniae Radix Alba.Methods The analgesic effects were studied by body twisting caused by acetic acid in mice, and the anti fatigue effects were e-valuated through swimming test and lactic acid level in serum.Results Compared with the normal group, the ethanol extract and wa-ter extract could significantly reduce the writhing times of the mice, the effect of ethanol extract was stronger than that of water extract, the effects compared with aspirin control group were significantly( P <0.05);Water extract could significantly prolong the swimming time of mice, meanwhile, both kinds of extracts could significantly decrease lactic acid level in serum in mice after strenuous exercise, and the effect of ethanol extract was stronger than that of water extract. ( P <0.05).Conclusion The ethanol extract and water ex-tract had analgesic effects and the effect of ethanol extract was stronger, but there are less than aspirin control group, meanwhile, the water extract had anti fatigue effects.
