本文提出了一种病案示踪系统.系统利用智能终端、示踪大屏等硬件设备及相应的软件系统实现跟踪患者出院病案流转的全过程,实时记录病案状态,直观呈现病案流转详情,确保病案从病区到入库的过程中的完整性和安全性,实现了对病案的科学化、标准化管理.

A medical record tracing and management system was proposed in this paper, which utilized hardwares like intelligent terminals and the big display screen as well as corresponding softwares for full-process tracing of patients' hospitalization discharge and medical record transfer. Through real-timely recording the status of medical records and intuitively displaying the detailed medical record transfer information, the system ensured the completeness and security of medical records from the inpatient area to storage in the archive, which realized scientific and standardized management of medical records.
