目的 探讨血管回声跟踪(Echo-Tracking,ET)技术在评价轻中度高血压患者治疗前后颈动脉弹性变化中的应用价值.方法 选取2012年1月~2014年1月于我院就诊的154例轻中度高血压患者,采用降压药物进行个体化治疗后血压降至≤140/90 mmHg,持续3个月.采用ET技术检测治疗前后的颈动脉弹性参数:僵硬度(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)及脉搏波传导速度(Pwvβ),分析轻中度高血压患者降压治疗前后颈动脉弹性参数的变化.结果 轻中度高血压患者治疗后较治疗前颈动脉β、Ep、Pwvβ降低,AC升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 轻中度高血压患者降压治疗后颈动脉弹性有所改善,ET技术能清晰检测治疗前后颈动脉弹性变化情况,各ET参数的变化能指导临床治疗轻中度高血压并预防早期动脉粥样硬化的发生.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of ET (Echo Tracking) in assessment of changes in carotid artery elasticity between pre- and post-treatment of mild to moderate hypertension patients.Methods Altogether 154 cases of mild to moderate hypertension patients who had accepted individualized treatment with antihypertensive drugs in the hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected. After treatment for three consecutive months, their blood pressure had been decreased to≤140/90 mmHg. The ET technique was used to detect carotid artery elasticity parameters before and after treatment, including stiffness index (β), pressure elastic coefifcient (Ep), artery compliance (AC) and pulse wave velocity (Pwvβ) so as to analyze their changes before and after treatment.Results The decreasingβ, Ep and Pwvβ as well as increasing AC were revealed after treatment of mild to moderate hypertension patients, which were statistically signiifcant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The carotid artery elasticity was somewhat improved in mild to moderate hypertension patients after treatment. The ET technique demonstrated its advantages in accurate detection of changes in carotid artery elasticity before and after treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension, which provided guidance for clinical treatment of the diseases and prevented the occurrence of atherosclerosis in an early stage.
