目的：探究健康教育应用于门诊冠心病患者中的治疗效果以及对其生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年10月～2014年1月于我院治疗的冠心病患者75例作为研究对象，所有冠心病患者均在常规方法的基础上融入健康教育，对比所有冠心病患者健康教育干预前后的治疗效果及生活质量。结果实施健康教育干预后，所有冠心病患者的治疗效果得到改善，生活质量得到提升，且差异明显，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论健康教育对冠心病的治疗起到积极作用，能够有效改善治疗效果及患者的生活质量。
목적：탐구건강교육응용우문진관심병환자중적치료효과이급대기생활질량적영향。방법선취2013년10월～2014년1월우아원치료적관심병환자75례작위연구대상，소유관심병환자균재상규방법적기출상융입건강교육，대비소유관심병환자건강교육간예전후적치료효과급생활질량。결과실시건강교육간예후，소유관심병환자적치료효과득도개선，생활질량득도제승，차차이명현，구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론건강교육대관심병적치료기도적겁작용，능구유효개선치료효과급환자적생활질량。
Objective Explore the health education applied to outpatient treatment of coronary heart disease patients and affect their quality of life. Methods Select from October 2013 to January 2014 CHD patients in our hospital 75 patients for the study, all patients with CAD are integrated into health education on the basis of conventional methods, compared to the treatment of all coronary heart disease patients before and after Health Education Intervention effectiveness and quality of life. Results After the implementation of health education intervention, treatment of all coronary heart disease patients improved quality of life has been improved, and the difference was significant, statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education play an active role in the treatment of coronary heart disease, can improve treatment and quality of life of patients.
