目的 探讨不同重建算法对能谱CT冠状动脉去钙化效果的影响.方法 对22例冠状动脉钙化患者行能谱CT冠状动脉成像.分别采用Detail和Standard两种不同的图像重建算法进行冠状动脉薄层图像重建,使用独立后处理工作站中的物质分离软件对冠状动脉钙化节段去钙化.由2位放射科医师采用4分法对能谱CT成像的去钙化效果进行评分,并采用χ2检验对两组的去钙化效果进行比较.结果 22例患者中,能谱CT共清晰显示85个冠状动脉钙化灶,两种方法的去钙化效果有非常显著的差异,其中Detail算法的去钙化效果更好.结论 能谱CT冠状动脉成像中,Detail算法可更好地去除钙化,但会影响血管管腔的显示,Standard算法不能完全去除钙化,但与单能量成像结合,有助于更准确地评价钙化局部的血管管腔.

Objective To discuss the inlfuence of two different reconstruction algorithms on calciifcation elimination of coronary spectral imaging.MethodsAltogether 22 cases of patients with coronary calcification underwent coronary spectral imaging. All coronary segments with calcification were reconstructed with two different algorithms (Detail versus Standard) and processed with the material differentiation (MD) software to remove calcification. Two radiologists evaluated the effectiveness of calcification removal according to a 4-score method. Moreover, theχ2 verification method was applied to compare the calcification elimination between two groups.ResultsAmong 22 cases, 85 coronary calcification lesions were revealed clearly. There was significant difference between Detail Group and Standard Group in effectiveness of calciifcation removal. Calciifcation lesions in Detail Group was removed more completely.ConclusionAmong two reconstruction algorithms of coronary spectral CT imaging, the Detail algorithm could eliminate calciifcation more effectively, but inlfuenced the display of of vascular lumen. The Standard algorithm cannot remove the coronary wall calciifcation completely, but was helpful to accurately assess the local calciifed vascular lumenin combination with single energy imaging.
