In this paper,in view of the latest research findings both from home and abroad as well as the practice of the end-point logistics distribution in China,we pointed out the legal loopholes and institutional issues of the run-up path of the last-mile express package delivery systems,and at the end,proposed the corresponding countermeasures and solutions.
