目的 研究应用于海训的一线移动救护系统,提高一线救护的行动速率和搜救准确率.方法 结合嵌入式技术的生理参数采集技术设计可用于单兵佩戴的便携式终端,增加实时定位与无线数据传输功能,并自主研发监控中心软件实现位置信息的接收及搜救调度处理.结果 海训一线移动救护系统可以实时监控多个移动医疗终端的数据,实现海训中的24 h生理参数监测与实时救护调度.海训一线移动救护系统配置简单、操作便利、终端体积小、便于携带、即连即用,大大缩短从发现到派遣救护的时间.结论 海训一线移动救护系统能够显著降低监控端的搜救反应时间,提高搜救效率,从而减少海训战士意外受伤导致溺水伤亡的事故发生率,最大限度地降低非战斗减员,有效保障海训战士生命安全,具有极高的实用价值.

Objective To develop a front-line mobile rescue system for navy trainings so as to improve the response rate and accuracy of front-line search and rescue actions.Methods A wearable terminal was designed in combination with the embedded technology and physiological data acquisition technology. Equipped with the real-time positioning and wireless data transmitting functions, the system utilized a self-innovated monitoring software for the control center to receive location information and process the rescue scheduling.Results The front-line mobile rescue system could monitor multiple terminals and achieve 24-h monitor of physiological parameters and real-time rescue scheduling. With adaption of wearable terminals, this portable and easy-to-conifgure-and-operate system had proven its advantages in great reduction of dispatch time. Moreover, once connected it could be used immediately.Conclusion The front-line mobile rescue system could signiifcantly reduce the search time for monitor terminals and improve search and rescue efifciency, thereby reducing the accidental-injury-caused drowning death and injury rate for soldiers. It also minimized non-combat attrition, and effectively protected the safety of navy training staff, which had high practical utility.
