In this paper,we first analyzed the specific features of the financial management of the cold chain logistics industry as well as the problems in the financial management of the cold chain logistics industry in China,then on such basis,proposed the characteristics financial management system of the industry,and at the end,illustrated the corresponding countermeasures.
