目的：探讨皮质骨螺钉对治疗三踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联合分离患者的方法育疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2013年12月来我院治疗的40例三踝骨折患者展开研究，所有患者均给予切口复位内固定术进行治疗，观察患者的治疗效果。结果走访40例三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离患者，随访的时间为1～1.5年，40例患者疗效优良的21例、14例显示良好；5例差，优良率为87.5%。结论对三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离患者给予手术复位固定治疗，能促使患者踝穴稳定性快速恢复，临床效果良好。

목적：탐토피질골라정대치료삼과골골절합병하경비연합분리환자적방법육료효。방법선취2012년1월～2013년12월래아원치료적40례삼과골절환자전개연구，소유환자균급여절구복위내고정술진행치료，관찰환자적치료효과。결과주방40례삼과골절합병하경비연합분리환자，수방적시간위1～1.5년，40례환자료효우량적21례、14례현시량호；5례차，우량솔위87.5%。결론대삼과골절합병하경비연합분리환자급여수술복위고정치료，능촉사환자과혈은정성쾌속회복，림상효과량호。
Objective To investigate the cortical bone screws for the treatment of ankle fracture with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis separation were education effect. Methods A total of 2012 January to December 2013 to our hospital for the treatment of 40 patients with trimalleolar ankle fractures were studied, all patients were given incision reduction and internal fixation, to observe the curative effect of patients. Results 40 patients with trimalleolar fracture combined with inferior tibiofibular joint separation patients, followed up for 1 to 1.5 years, 40 cases of patients with excellent 21 cases, 14 cases show good, 5 cases of poor, the excellent and good rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Trimalleolar fracture with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis separation were given surgical reduction and fixation treatment can promote the rapid recovery of patients with ankle mortise stability, good clinical effect, worthy of clinical use.
