目的:探讨不同形式健康教育对降低社区儿童维生素 D 缺乏性佝偻病风险的影响。方法1~3个月龄之间纯母乳喂养儿童的家长180人,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取口头宣教、宣传画、宣传展板等传统健康教育形式;观察组在此基础上采取讲座、问答、咨询热线、一对一服务以及发放宣传手册等多种形式的健康教育。结果观察组规范喂食维生素 D 比率和接受每天2小时以上日晒比率均高于对照组(P <0.05);骨碱性磷酸酶水平、血维生素 D 水平合格率均大于对照组(P <0.05)。结论形式多样的健康教育,不仅能够显著提高社区家长科学育儿的依从性,而且对于降低社区儿童维生素D 缺乏性佝偻病的患病风险也有促进作用。

목적:탐토불동형식건강교육대강저사구인동유생소 D 결핍성구루병풍험적영향。방법1~3개월령지간순모유위양인동적가장180인,수궤분위관찰조화대조조。대조조채취구두선교、선전화、선전전판등전통건강교육형식;관찰조재차기출상채취강좌、문답、자순열선、일대일복무이급발방선전수책등다충형식적건강교육。결과관찰조규범위식유생소 D 비솔화접수매천2소시이상일쇄비솔균고우대조조(P <0.05);골감성린산매수평、혈유생소 D 수평합격솔균대우대조조(P <0.05)。결론형식다양적건강교육,불부능구현저제고사구가장과학육인적의종성,이차대우강저사구인동유생소D 결핍성구루병적환병풍험야유촉진작용。
Objective To discuss the different forms of health education to reduce the risk of community children's lack of vitamin D rickets. Methods 1 month to 3 months between parents of children with exclusive breastfeeding, 180 people were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group take orally mission, posters, display boards, and other forms of traditional health education; Observation group based on this to take lectures, hotline, one to one service and distribute brochures, and other forms of health education. Results Observation group feeding ratio of vitamin D specification and accept 2 hours or more daily <br> insolation ratio were significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05), Bone alkaline phosphatase, blood vitamin D levels pass rate is greater than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Various forms of health education, not only can significantly improve the scientific community parents parenting compliance, and lack of vitamin D for reducing the community children rickets risk also has a promoting effect.
