目的：分析养心汤治疗老年室性早搏的临床价值。方法选取2014年1月～2014年12月我院收治的56例老年室性早搏患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予养心汤治疗，对照组给予美西律治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组，中医症候积分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论养心汤治疗老年室性早搏的临床价值较高。
목적：분석양심탕치료노년실성조박적림상개치。방법선취2014년1월～2014년12월아원수치적56례노년실성조박환자위연구대상，장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조급여양심탕치료，대조조급여미서률치료，대비량조림상료효。결과관찰조총유효솔고우대조조，중의증후적분저우대조조（P ＜0.05）。결론양심탕치료노년실성조박적림상개치교고。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of senile ventricular premature beat.
