为了解副猪嗜血杆菌病（HPS）在阆中市的流行情况，本试验对阆中市16个规模化猪场进行了HPS流行病学调查。经细菌分离培养、PCR鉴定和同源性分析，得到11株副猪嗜血杆菌。用HPS血清型1～15标准株免疫健康家兔，制备分型血清，再用玻板凝集试验对11株HPS进行血清型鉴定。结果表明，11株分离株中有4株是血清5型、3株是血清4型、1株是血清12型，有2株出现交叉反应，难以判断，有1株不能与15种分型血清发生阳性反应，不能分型。
위료해부저기혈간균병（HPS）재랑중시적류행정황，본시험대랑중시16개규모화저장진행료HPS류행병학조사。경세균분리배양、PCR감정화동원성분석，득도11주부저기혈간균。용HPS혈청형1～15표준주면역건강가토，제비분형혈청，재용파판응집시험대11주HPS진행혈청형감정。결과표명，11주분리주중유4주시혈청5형、3주시혈청4형、1주시혈청12형，유2주출현교차반응，난이판단，유1주불능여15충분형혈청발생양성반응，불능분형。
To investigate the prevalence of Haemophilus parasuis in Langzhong city, this ex-periment researched epidemiology of HPS in 16 large scale pig farms. After bacterial isolation, PCR identification and sequence homology analysis,we obtained 11 strains of Haemophilus parasu-is.Using HPS serotype 1~15 standard strains inoculated healthy rabbits, identified 11 strains of HPS serotypes by glass plate agglutination test. The results showed that 4 isolates were serotype 5, 3 strains were type 4, 1 strain was type 12, 2 strains had cross reaction, it was difficult to judge,1 strain could not react with 15 types of serum,which could not be classified.
