研究多层建筑中钢结构的焊接工程造价与焊接质量的数学关系模型,以最小的焊接造价成本实现最大的焊接质量效益.传统模型构建中,采用基于钢度退化和经验模态分解的钢结构的焊接工程造价与焊接质量关系模型,模型需要考虑不同焊接开裂参数、焊道数以及板件热流分配系数的影响,没考虑焊接结构钢度退化后的造价限制衰减因素,导致造价配比与焊接质量的关系模型分析精度不高.提出一种基于焊接钢结构开裂点和屈服点等特征能量限制的焊接造价与焊接质量关系模型,设计多层住宅建筑焊接钢结构,得到多层住宅建筑钢结构焊接应力拟合模型,以多层住宅建筑的钢结构焊接成本控制造价参数为基础,进行多层住宅建筑焊接钢结构的造价限制数值模拟,实现了造价与焊接质量关系模型优化设计.试验结果表明,采用该模型,对不同造价控制下的钢结构焊接强度预测精确,能在相同的焊接质量下节约焊接造价成本18%,展示了本文模型的优越性能,为提高建筑质量,节约工程开销具有重要意义.
研究多層建築中鋼結構的銲接工程造價與銲接質量的數學關繫模型,以最小的銲接造價成本實現最大的銲接質量效益.傳統模型構建中,採用基于鋼度退化和經驗模態分解的鋼結構的銲接工程造價與銲接質量關繫模型,模型需要攷慮不同銲接開裂參數、銲道數以及闆件熱流分配繫數的影響,沒攷慮銲接結構鋼度退化後的造價限製衰減因素,導緻造價配比與銲接質量的關繫模型分析精度不高.提齣一種基于銲接鋼結構開裂點和屈服點等特徵能量限製的銲接造價與銲接質量關繫模型,設計多層住宅建築銲接鋼結構,得到多層住宅建築鋼結構銲接應力擬閤模型,以多層住宅建築的鋼結構銲接成本控製造價參數為基礎,進行多層住宅建築銲接鋼結構的造價限製數值模擬,實現瞭造價與銲接質量關繫模型優化設計.試驗結果錶明,採用該模型,對不同造價控製下的鋼結構銲接彊度預測精確,能在相同的銲接質量下節約銲接造價成本18%,展示瞭本文模型的優越性能,為提高建築質量,節約工程開銷具有重要意義.

Multi-storey buildings of steel structure welding engineering cost and the welding quality of the mathematical re-lationship model is reserached, with the minimum cost to achieve the maximum welding welding quality benefit. In the tra-ditional model, resulting in cost proportion and welding quality model analysis of the relationship between the accuracy is not high. Based on the welding crack of steel structure and yield characteristics of energy restriction and welding quality of welding cost model, the design of multi-storey residential building of steel structure welding, welding stress model of multi-storey residential building steel structure, welding steel structure to the multi-storey residential building cost control cost parameters as the basis, for the multilayer residential building steel structure welding numerical simulation cost constraints, cost and welding quality relationship model to realize the design optimization. The test results show that, by using this mod-el, the steel structure of different cost under the control of the welding strength prediction precision, welding cost saves in 18%under the same welding quality, it shows the superior performance of this model, it can improve the quality of construc-tion, it has great significance in saving engineering cost.
