目的探讨七氟醚对小儿心脏手术围术期炎症反应的影响及其心肌保护的效果。方法采用回顾性方法分析，选取2012年4月～2015年4月间在我院接受治疗的96例行先天性心脏手术的患儿，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=48例，给予纯氧）和观察组（n=48例，给<br>　　予七氟醚），比较两组临床效果。结果 T1～ T3时，观察组与对照组的 TNF-α、cTnI 水平与 T0相比，均得到显著升高（P ＜0.05）；且T1～ T3时，观察组 TNF-α水平、cTnI 水平均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论先天性心脏手术患儿应用七氟醚可有效抑制炎症反应，保护心肌功能。
목적탐토칠불미대소인심장수술위술기염증반응적영향급기심기보호적효과。방법채용회고성방법분석，선취2012년4월～2015년4월간재아원접수치료적96례행선천성심장수술적환인，채용수궤수자표법분위대조조（n=48례，급여순양）화관찰조（n=48례，급<br>　　여칠불미），비교량조림상효과。결과 T1～ T3시，관찰조여대조조적 TNF-α、cTnI 수평여 T0상비，균득도현저승고（P ＜0.05）；차T1～ T3시，관찰조 TNF-α수평、cTnI 수평균저우대조조（P ＜0.05）。결론선천성심장수술환인응용칠불미가유효억제염증반응，보호심기공능。
Objective To investigate the effect of sevoflurane on myocardial protection and the effect of pediatric cardiac operation perioperative inflammatory response. Methods Retrospective analysis method, selected in 2012 April to April 2015 in our hospital received the treatment of 96 cases of congenital heart surgery in children, were randomly divided into control group (n = 48 cases, given pure) and observation group (n = 48 cases given sevoflurane), than the clinical effect of the two groups. Results T1-T3, observation group and control group of TNF alpha and cTnI levels and t0 compared were increased significantly (P<0.05); and T1-T3 observed group TNF-a level and cTnI levels were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Congenital heart surgery in children with sevoflurane can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response, protect myocardial function.
