目的：探讨“集中－跟进式”模式在护理临床实习总带教老师培训中的应用效果。方法选择参加院内护理临床实习总带教师资培训的67名老师作为研究对象。采用“集中－跟进式”模式进行培训，建立专家小组督导管理系统，将集中培训与跟进指导结合，网络资源与现场诊断结合。结果培训后，总带教老师对带教方法和技巧的掌握程度，教案书写能力、PPT制作能力等均有提高，与培训前比较差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论“集中－跟进式”模式较传统的集体讲授模式更利于理论联系实际，可有效促进总带教老师对带教方法的掌握和各项能力的提高。

Objective To explore the effect of focus-follow up mode on training of clinical general nursing teacher.Methods A total of 67 nursing general teachers were trained by focus-follow up mode.This mode included establishment of the group of experts, combined with centralized training and follow-up guidance.Results The pass rate of teacher training was 91.05%.Mastery of teaching methods and techniques, lesson plans writing ability, PPT production capacity were im-proved after training, the differences were significant ( P<0.01) .Conclusions Focus -follow up mode is more con-ductive to linking theory with practice than traditional collective teach mode.The mode could promote clinical general nursing teachers to master teaching methods and improve their abilities.
