目的:探讨“集中-跟进式”模式在护理临床实习总带教老师培训中的应用效果。方法选择参加院内护理临床实习总带教师资培训的67名老师作为研究对象。采用“集中-跟进式”模式进行培训,建立专家小组督导管理系统,将集中培训与跟进指导结合,网络资源与现场诊断结合。结果培训后,总带教老师对带教方法和技巧的掌握程度,教案书写能力、PPT制作能力等均有提高,与培训前比较差异具有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论“集中-跟进式”模式较传统的集体讲授模式更利于理论联系实际,可有效促进总带教老师对带教方法的掌握和各项能力的提高。

목적:탐토“집중-근진식”모식재호리림상실습총대교로사배훈중적응용효과。방법선택삼가원내호리림상실습총대교사자배훈적67명로사작위연구대상。채용“집중-근진식”모식진행배훈,건립전가소조독도관리계통,장집중배훈여근진지도결합,망락자원여현장진단결합。결과배훈후,총대교로사대대교방법화기교적장악정도,교안서사능력、PPT제작능력등균유제고,여배훈전비교차이구유통계학의의( P<0.01)。결론“집중-근진식”모식교전통적집체강수모식경리우이론련계실제,가유효촉진총대교로사대대교방법적장악화각항능력적제고。
Objective To explore the effect of focus-follow up mode on training of clinical general nursing teacher.Methods A total of 67 nursing general teachers were trained by focus-follow up mode.This mode included establishment of the group of experts, combined with centralized training and follow-up guidance.Results The pass rate of teacher training was 91.05%.Mastery of teaching methods and techniques, lesson plans writing ability, PPT production capacity were im-proved after training, the differences were significant ( P<0.01) .Conclusions Focus -follow up mode is more con-ductive to linking theory with practice than traditional collective teach mode.The mode could promote clinical general nursing teachers to master teaching methods and improve their abilities.
