目的:观察氦氖激光对重症肺炎患者的肺保护作用。方法将120例急性重症肺炎患者分为基础治疗组和氦氖激光组各60例。基础治疗组进行常规治疗,氦氖激光组在进行基础治疗的基础上加用氦氖激光辅助治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前、治疗后第10天体温(T)、血白细胞(WBC)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)、临床肺部感染评分( CPIS)等。结果基础治疗组T、WBC、PaO2/FiO2、CPIS改善情况明显优于对照组( P<0.05);两组总有效率分别为81.67%、91.67%,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论氦氖激光仪辅助治疗重症肺炎患者,可有效减轻患者病情,改善各项炎症指标及氧合指数。

목적:관찰양내격광대중증폐염환자적폐보호작용。방법장120례급성중증폐염환자분위기출치료조화양내격광조각60례。기출치료조진행상규치료,양내격광조재진행기출치료적기출상가용양내격광보조치료,비교량조환자적림상료효,치료전、치료후제10천체온(T)、혈백세포(WBC)、양합지수(PaO2/FiO2)、림상폐부감염평분( CPIS)등。결과기출치료조T、WBC、PaO2/FiO2、CPIS개선정황명현우우대조조( P<0.05);량조총유효솔분별위81.67%、91.67%,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론양내격광의보조치료중증폐염환자,가유효감경환자병정,개선각항염증지표급양합지수。
Objective To study the lung protection of He-Ne laser chest physiotherapy in the patients with se-vere pneumonia.Methods 120 acute severe pneumonia patients were divided into routine treatment group and He-Ne laser group.Patients in the routine treatment group were treated with the basis of conventional treatment, and in the He-Ne laser group on the basis of conventional therapy were added He-Ne laser assisted treatment.Clinical effect, tem-perature, serum white blood cells, oxygenation index ( PaO2/FiO2 ) , CPIS score of before and the 10th day after treat-ment between the two groups were observed.Results The changs of temperature, serum white blood cells, oxygenation index ( PaO2/FiO2 ) , CPIS score in He-Ne laser group were significantly better than those of the routine treatment group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups were 81.67%and 91.67%, there was significant difference (P<0.05) .Conclusions He-Ne laser could effectively alleviate the severe pneumonia, improve the inflammatory reac-tion, oxygenation index of patients with severe pneumonia.
