为缓解降雪天气对乌鲁木齐市快速路交通运行产生的不利影响,以控制冬季灾害天气下的交通管理局面,采集乌鲁木齐市河滩快速路的交通数据,基于交通构成、交通量、车速、车头时距等交通特征参数,分析乌鲁木齐市降雪和正常天气下快速路机动车运行规律. 分析结果表明:降雪对城市快速路交通量车型构成的影响不大,但对交通量时空分布有较为明显的影响;降雪致使车速与车头时距的分布区间变小. 基于研究数据,提出除雪、信息控制与紧急事件管理等改善对策.

In order to alleviate adverse influences of snowing weather on traffic operation of expressways in Urumqi to control traffic management situation under disastrous weather in winter, collects traffic data of Hetan Expressway in Urumqi and analyzes running laws of motor vehicles on the expressway under snowing and normal weather in Urumqi based on traffic characteristic parameters of traffic composition, traffic volume, vehicle speed and time headway, etc. the results of analysis show that snowfall exhibits insignificant influences on traffic volume and vehicle type composition on urban expressway, but has obvious influences on time-space distribution of traffic volume; snowfall reduces distribution interval of vehicle speed and time headway. Based on the data of research, the paper proposes improvement countermeasures for snow removal, information control and emergency incident management, etc.
