水泥混凝土路面在抗渗、抗疲劳、降噪等方面存在严重不足,而废旧橡胶严重污染环境,若能将两者有机结合使用,将会产生极大的综合效益. 将废旧橡胶加工成胶粒,使其替代一定比例的砂子掺入普通水泥混凝土中,配制成橡胶混凝土,不仅可以改善路用混凝土的抗渗、抗疲劳、降噪等性能,而且也为废旧橡胶轮胎的再生利用找到了有效途径. 介绍橡胶混凝土的物理力学性能,为橡胶混凝土材料的研究和应用提供借鉴.

Cement concrete pavement exhibits severe shortages in impermeability, anti-fatigue and noise reduction, etc. , while waste rubber pollutes environment seriously, and two materials if combined organically will produce great comprehensive benefits. Rubber concrete prepared by mixing rubber particles processed with waste rubber into ordinary cement concrete by replacing sand at a certain proportion can not only improve properties of impermeability, anti-fatigue and noise reduction, etc. of road concrete, but also find out an effective way for recycle of waste rubber tires. This paper introduces physical and mechanical properties of rubber concrete to provide a reference for research and application of rubber concrete materials.
