目的:对更年期妇女血清 E2和 FSH 水平与骨密度的相关性进行分析探讨,为今后的临床工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法抽取在2013年1月~2015年5月在我院接受体检的更年期妇女100例,将其按照是否绝经分成绝经前组和绝经组,对其展开血清 E2和 FSH 以及腰椎、股骨近端、总髋部骨密度检测,而后对检测结果进行对比分析。结果绝经前妇女血清 E2水平较绝经组升高(P <0.05),而 FSH 水平则降低(P <0.05),绝经前组骨密度较绝经组高(P <0.05);妇女年龄、E2、FSH 与骨密度之间存在一定的相关性。结论更年期妇女血清 E2水平会发生明显减低、FSH 水平则发生明显升高,并且血清 E2和 FSH 水平与骨密度之间存在一定的相关性,因此可将其作为对骨密度进行预测的重要客观指标。

목적:대경년기부녀혈청 E2화 FSH 수평여골밀도적상관성진행분석탐토,위금후적림상공작제공유개치적삼고신식。방법추취재2013년1월~2015년5월재아원접수체검적경년기부녀100례,장기안조시부절경분성절경전조화절경조,대기전개혈청 E2화 FSH 이급요추、고골근단、총관부골밀도검측,이후대검측결과진행대비분석。결과절경전부녀혈청 E2수평교절경조승고(P <0.05),이 FSH 수평칙강저(P <0.05),절경전조골밀도교절경조고(P <0.05);부녀년령、E2、FSH 여골밀도지간존재일정적상관성。결론경년기부녀혈청 E2수평회발생명현감저、FSH 수평칙발생명현승고,병차혈청 E2화 FSH 수평여골밀도지간존재일정적상관성,인차가장기작위대골밀도진행예측적중요객관지표。
Objective Menopausal women serum E2 and FSH levels and bone mineral density correlation analysis to explore, to provide valuable reference information for future clinical work. Methods Extraction in January 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital 100 cases of examination menopausal women, which according to the group before menopause into menopause and menopause group, serum E2 and FSH on its expansion and lumbar spine, proximal femur, total hip bone mineral density testing, <br> then the test results were analyzed. Results Pre-menopausal women compared with postmenopausal serum E2 levels group had significantly higher (P<0.05), while FSH levels occurred significantly lower (P<0.05), compared with pre-menopausal bone mineral density in postmenopausal group higher (P<0.05), Women of all ages, there is a certain correlation between E2, FSH and bone mineral density. Conclusion The serum E2 levels menopausal women occurs significantly reduced, FSH levels occurred significantly increased, and there is some correlation between the serum E2 and FSH levels and bone density, it can be an important objective of BMD to predict indicators concern.
