目的:探讨切合临床的ICU院内培训方式。方法对40名ICU护士实施以多媒体与情景教学相结合的专科教学模式,培训前后分别进行护士自我效能评价及医生对护士配合满意度测评,并对培训后专科教学质量进行评价。结果培训后护士自我效能及专科教学质量评价均较高,医生配合满意度高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论多媒体与情景教学相结合的专科教学模式的实施可以培养出实践能力及临床问题解决能力强、同行认可度高的ICU专科护士。

목적:탐토절합림상적ICU원내배훈방식。방법대40명ICU호사실시이다매체여정경교학상결합적전과교학모식,배훈전후분별진행호사자아효능평개급의생대호사배합만의도측평,병대배훈후전과교학질량진행평개。결과배훈후호사자아효능급전과교학질량평개균교고,의생배합만의도고우배훈전(P<0.01)。결론다매체여정경교학상결합적전과교학모식적실시가이배양출실천능력급림상문제해결능력강、동행인가도고적ICU전과호사。
Objective To explore nosocomial training methods corresponding with clinical ICU.Methods 40 ICU nurses were managed to accept the specialized teaching mode-the combination of multimedia and situational teach-ing.The nurse self-efficacy respectively and doctor's satisfaction with their cooperation before and after the training as well as the quality of specialized teaching after training were evaluated.Results The evaluation of the nurse self-effica-cy and specialized teaching mode were high; and the doctor's satisfaction with cooperation was higher than before the training ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusions To implement the specialized teaching mode-the combination of multimedia and sit-uational teaching, could foster ICU specialty nurses which have strong practice ability and capability to solve clinical problems, and gain peer recognition.
