选择3种沥青,采用沥青发泡试验就沥青品种、温度及发泡用水量对发泡效果的影响进行研究,并通过无侧限抗压强度试验、间接拉伸试验以及浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验对沥青用量和RAP(沥青路面回收旧料)掺量对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能和水稳定性的影响进行研究. 结果表明:在所选3种沥青中,相同条件下中海70 #沥青的发泡效果最好,其最佳发泡温度约为160 ℃,最佳发泡用水量为2%;RAP掺量增加对混合料水稳定性能不利;随着RAP掺量增加,混合料无侧限抗压强度和间接拉伸强度逐渐降低;RAP掺量可达70%以上,但应严格控制.

This paper studies influences of varieties of asphalt, temperature and water consumption for foaming on foaming effect by selecting 3 kinds of asphalt and by means of asphalt foaming test, and studies influences of asphalt dosage and mixing amount of RAP ( reclaimed asphalt pavement ) on mechanical properties and water stability of cold recycling mixture of foaming asphalt via unconfined compressive strength test, indirect tensile test and immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw split test. The results show that among the selected 3 kinds of asphalt, the foaming effect of Zhonghai No. 70 asphalt under the same conditions is the best, its optimal foaming temperature is approximate 160℃, and the best forming water consumption is 2%;increase of RAP mixing amount is adverse to water stability of mixture;with increase of RAP mixing amount, the unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength of mixture decrease gradually;the RAP mixing amount can be up to 70%, but should be strictly controlled.
