工程造价是工程项目立项的一项重要依据,工程造价估算则是项目前期开发工作的重要任务.针对现阶段工程造价估算方法的研究,构建一种动态水利工程造价估算模型.通过粒子群算法对水利工程造价候选方案进行动态映射,借助于粒子的聚类度与信息熵修正粒子的权值,接着核算出粒子的适应度值,更新粒子全局与局部的最优解,最后借助于粒子位置变更策略与粒子速度对动态模型进行优化迭代,通过实验仿真对比发现,计算出的结果收敛速度相对较高,并且具有较优的收敛值,证实了动态水利工程造价估算模型的可行性,为解决水利工程造价问题提供了经验借鉴.

Engineering cost is an important basis of engineering project establishment;project cost estimation is an impor-tant task of the early stage of the project development work. Study of present project cost estimation method, a dynamic wa-ter conservancy project cost estimation model is build. By particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm to carry on the dy-namic mapping, the water conservancy project cost candidate by means of particle modified particle degree of clustering and information entropy weights, and then calculating the fitness value of particles, update particle global and local optimal solution, finally by means of particle velocity and particle position change strategy for dynamic model optimization itera-tions, by experimental simulation comparison, found that the computed results are relatively high convergence speed, and has a better convergence value, proved the feasibility of dynamic water conservancy project cost estimation model, to solve the problem of water conservancy project cost provides the experience for reference.
