目的：探讨低分子肝素钠在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者中的应用。方法66例 AECOPD 患者随机分为研究组与对照组。两组患者均予常规治疗，研究组患者加用低分子肝素钠5000 U皮下注射，每12小时1次，治疗10 d后复测患者动脉血气分析和肺功能。结果治疗后，研究组患者的动脉血气指标、肺功能明显优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 AECOPD患者经低分子肝素钠治疗的临床效果十分显著。
목적：탐토저분자간소납재만성조새성폐질병급성가중기（AECOPD）환자중적응용。방법66례 AECOPD 환자수궤분위연구조여대조조。량조환자균여상규치료，연구조환자가용저분자간소납5000 U피하주사，매12소시1차，치료10 d후복측환자동맥혈기분석화폐공능。결과치료후，연구조환자적동맥혈기지표、폐공능명현우우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론 AECOPD환자경저분자간소납치료적림상효과십분현저。
Objective To investigate the application of low molecular weight heparin sodium in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation(AECOPD).Methods 66 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into study group and control group.The two groups were treated with conventional therapy,the study group were treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium 5000U,12 d,H 1 times,and the arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were measured in 10 patients.Results After treatment,the arterial blood gas and pulmonary function of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium for treatment of patients with AECOPD is very significant.
