为解决我国企业竞争情报研究存在的问题，引入战略行为研究视角。首先，对国内企业竞争情报研究现状及存在问题进行分析；其次，在介绍战略行为研究相关成果的基础上讨论战略行为与企业竞争情报的关系，发现二者存在紧密联系；再次，结合企业战略行为分析框架，构建了国内企业竞争情报实施的理论模型，并用该模型详细描述了企业情报部门在战略行为不同阶段的具体任务及所使用的工具和方法，以期为国内企业竞争情报实践提供借鉴。

In order to solve problems existed in present research of enterprise competitive intelligence in China, we introduce the perspec-tive of strategic behavior. Firstly, the status quo and problems in present research of domestic enterprise competitive intelligence is ana-lyzed. Secondly, through the analysis of its relationship with enterprise competitive intelligence on the basis of the research results of strate-gic behavior, it is found that they are closely related. At last, a theoretical model on the implementation of domestic enterprise competitive intelligence is built, combined with the analytic framework of enterprise strategic behavior. The model details the specific tasks of enter-prise competitive departments and the methods used by them in each stage of strategic behavior. The research will provide reference for the practice of enterprise competitive intelligence in China.
