This paper systematically expound a theoretical framework of Intelligence with Part1 and Part2. The Part2 explains and analyzes the intelligence activities with the Field Theory. And elaborated on intelligence gathering,intelligence analysis,intelligence design,intelli-gence operations,intelligence services and governance mechanisms. And also analyzes the history and future of human intelligence activi-ties,and put forward Peaceful Constructive National Intelligence and its construction methods under the guide of nationalism.
