为了研究DS-TL02温拌剂对SBS改性沥青混合料的性能影响,将DS-TL02温拌剂掺入SBS改性沥青混合料中制备成温拌沥青混合料,研究其降温效果、高温稳定性、水稳定性.降温效果通过确定DS-TL02温拌沥青混合料的压实温度来分析,高温稳定性采用车辙试验来评价,水稳定性采用冻融劈裂试验来评价.试验结果显示:DS-TL02温拌沥青混合料的压实温度较SBS改性沥青混合料的降低了15℃,降温效果明显;而高温稳定性和水稳定性分别比SBS改性沥青混合料提高了15.77%和6.15%的幅度,这一结果为今后在SBS改性沥青路面上使用DS-TL02温拌剂提供了室内试验依据.

In order to study the performances influence of DS-TL02 warm mix agent on the SBS modified asphalt mixture, the warm mix asphalt was made by mixing the DS-TL02 warm mix agent into the SBS modified asphalt mixture and its cooling effect, high temperature and water stability were studied. Determining the compaction temperature of DS-TL02 warm mix asphalt mixture analyzed the cooling effect,using the rutting test evaluated the high temperature stability,using the freeze-thaw splitting test evaluated the water stability. The results show that the compaction temperature of DS-TL02 warm mix asphalt mixture is reduced 15 ℃ than SBS modified asphalt mixture, so the cooling effect is obvious; the high temperature stability and water stability are separately improved 15.77% and 6.15% than SBS modified asphalt mixture, this result provides indoor experimental basis for using DS-TL02 warm mix agent on the SBS modified asphalt pavement in the future.
