目的：探讨心理干预对肿瘤放化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法随机将60例肿瘤放化疗患者分为干预组及对照组各30例，干预组予心理干预+放化疗，对照组予单纯放化疗。2组均经放化疗2个月。在治疗开始及2个月后对2组患者进行免疫指标测定和比较。结果干预组心理干预后CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞、IgG水平均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理干预可以提高肿瘤放化疗患者的免疫功能。
목적：탐토심리간예대종류방화료환자면역공능적영향。방법수궤장60례종류방화료환자분위간예조급대조조각30례，간예조여심리간예+방화료，대조조여단순방화료。2조균경방화료2개월。재치료개시급2개월후대2조환자진행면역지표측정화비교。결과간예조심리간예후CD3+、CD4+、NK세포、IgG수평균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론심리간예가이제고종류방화료환자적면역공능。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of psychological intervention on tumor patients' immunologic function.Methods 60 tumor patients were randomly selected as intervention group and control group, each including 30 patients. Patients in intervention group received both psychological intervention and chemo-and radio-therapy while the control group only received chemo-and radio-therapy. The treatment lasted for 2 months. We tested the immune index of the patients in both groups before and after the experiment and made comparisons. Results The intervention group were higher in CD3+, CD4+, NK cells, IgG (P<0.05) than the control group. Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve tutor patients' immunologic function.
