通过《医学检验技术特色专业建设的探索和实践》课题的研究,依托我校和附院的有利资源,引进企业资金三方共建符合医学检验技术专业岗位能力需求的临床综合能力培训基地,构建一支专兼结合、业务素质过硬的师资队伍,形成“‘校院企’三方联动,实境耦合”的人才培养模式,并形成与此模式相适应的实用、有效的理论教学体系和强化实践、突出技能的实践教学体系,建立健全教学质量保障体系。最终提升我校医学检验技术专业综合办学能力和可持续发展能力,提高我校医学检验技术专业学生与我省同类医学院校医学检验技术专业学生的就业竞争力。
