地下水封油库以其经济、环保、安全、便捷、适合战略储备等优点,成为国家石油储备的首选形式。我国石油战略储备库建设方兴未艾,与众多大型地下洞室一样,水封油库的选址对其顺利建设及安全运营均起着决定性作用。论文以中国东部沿海地区为研究区域,在分析地下水封油库储油原理及其自身特点的基础上,选取地震烈度、活动断裂、最大水平地应力、地层岩性、地下水埋深、年均降雨量、与大型码头距离、与大型炼油厂距离等8个评价指标构建用于地下水封油库建造适宜性综合评价的指标体系。在此基础上采用层次分析法确定指标权重并应用 ArcGIS的空间分析功能对研究区的地下水封油库建造适宜性进行研究,得到了中国东部沿海区域地下水封油库建造适宜性分区评价成果,为我国东部沿海地区地下水封油库科学选址提供了参考依据。

Underground watersealed oil storage caverns are the preferred way to national petroleum reservebecause of its advantages in economy,environmental protection,safety,suitability for strategic reserves,andconvenience.Construction of the underground watersealed oil storage caverns is growing rapidly in China.Itsconstruction site selection plays a decisive role in smooth construction and safe operation.This paper selects the eastcoast of China as the study area.The seismic intensity,active fault,maximum horizontal stress,lithology,groundwater level,average annual rainfall and the distribution of largescale wharf and oil refinery eight factors areselected as indexes that constitute an evaluation index system of the construction suitability of underground watersealed oil storage caverns.The system is also based on the analysis of the principle of underground watersealed oil storage caverns and the location factor.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is applied to determining the weight ofeach indexes.The space analysis function of ArcGIS is applied to evaluating the suitability of the construction ofunderground watersealed oil storage caverns in the study zone.The result of construction suitability evaluation ofunderground watersealed oil storage caverns in the east coast of China is obtained in the end.It provides areference to the scientific site selection of underground watersealed oil storage caverns in the east coast of China.
