舟曲特大泥石流灾害造成了巨大损失,因此有效预防泥石流灾害已成为亟待解决的问题.从客观因素、主观因素及诱发因素3个方面分析了舟曲发生特大泥石流的原因,得出主要由当地复杂的地势地貌、自然环境的破坏及大量降雨共同导致泥石流的发生的结论.并在此基础上,阐述了西宁市易发生的地质灾害及西宁市城市地质存在的安全隐患,根据具体情况提出了5点保障西宁地质安全的建议,最后,阐述了土木工程材料在泥石流自然灾害治理中所起到的作用.

With having caused huge losses at Zhouqu,it is a very urgent issue to how to prevent mud-rock flow effectively.The reason for causing huge losses at Zhouqu was analyzed,shown in three aspects that they are objective factors,subjective factors and inducing factors. The results show as follows: the mud-rock flow resulted from Local complex terrain landform,the disruptive natural environment and a lot of rainfall.On this basis,this paper expounds the geological disasters and Potential safety problems, which can easily be seen in Xining. According to the specific situation, five suggestions to ensure the geological safety of Xining were put forward. Finally,this paper also expounds the role of civil engineering materials in natural disaster management of mud-rock flow.
