影响微细电火花铣削加工电极运动轨迹规划的因素有工具电极和工件之间的放电间隙、轨迹重叠率、分层厚度和电极扫描速度。通过试验对这些因素进行研究,得出合理轨迹规划的依据,并利用试验结果进行型腔加工试验验证。结果表明:通过规划轨迹重叠不仅能减小加工面的残切凸起、分层厚度和电极扫描速度间的相互影响,还存在理想的电极扫描速度,使每层的蚀除深度等于分层厚度,以此可显著提高型腔加工的表面质量和精度。

The factors affecting electrode path planning of micro-EDM milling are discharge gap between the tool electrode and workpiece ,the rate of path overlapping ,layer thickness and electrode scanning speed. Experimental researches were conducted on these factors to get the basis for a reasonable path planning. Based on the test results ,cavities were fabricated. The results show that path overlapping can reduce the residual cut projections ,layer thickness and electrode scanning speed influence each other,and the desired scanning speed existed which can make the depth of each layer erosion equal to layer thickness,which can significantly improve the cavity surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
