大面积电铸件(层)厚度及其均匀性的有效控制是电铸工艺的难题和关注重点。在分析导致厚度分布不均的核心影响因素的基础上,提出了协同解决方案,设计开发了阴极周向移动机构和随动式阴极屏蔽板等关键部件,进而研制出一种可获得高厚度均匀性沉积层的电铸装置。
大麵積電鑄件(層)厚度及其均勻性的有效控製是電鑄工藝的難題和關註重點。在分析導緻厚度分佈不均的覈心影響因素的基礎上,提齣瞭協同解決方案,設計開髮瞭陰極週嚮移動機構和隨動式陰極屏蔽闆等關鍵部件,進而研製齣一種可穫得高厚度均勻性沉積層的電鑄裝置。

The effective control of electrodeposits thickness and its distribution uniformity on the cathode surface with larger area is the problem to the operators ,and thus has been studied intensively by researchers. After the key effective factors which can cause the distribution nonuniformity was analyzed,reasonable solutions were proposed. When some key components,like the mechanism for the cathode moving and the shielding plate driven together with the cathode were designed ,an electroforming apparatus enabling to produce favorable uniform metallic layers was developed.
