The general NC programming process of sinking electro-discharge machining (SEDM) in UG assembly environment was introduced. Combined the typical examples of one-way valve body SEDM,the principle and method of SEDM process design were expounded from geometric modeling , electrode design,interference checking,trajectory simulation and NC programming. These laid a foundation on integrated manufacturing of SEDM.
