为方便铁路监理工作，实现铁路监理随时随地办公，在对铁路项目监理现场和铁路监理公司进行充分调研之后，针对铁路监理工作的特点和监理工程师的需求，开发铁路工程监理系统。该应用基于 Android 操作系统，以 SQL Server 2005为远程数据库。通过 HttpURLConnection 和 HttpClient 接口实现网络访问，开发规范查询和工程项目信息查询等功能。在现有铁路监理公司办公流程和监理工程师现场监督方式的基础上，基于 MQTT 协议实现了消息主动推送，开发监理基本表式和待办任务等模块。研究结果表明：该系统运行稳定，界面友好且易于扩展。

Based on Android operating system and remote database of SQL Server 2005,this paper provides a development process of the railway engineering supervision system according to the character of railway engineer-ing supervision and the need of engineers after the full investigation of engineering fields and supervision compa-nies.This system,which made the work more convenient,has achieved the goal for supervision engineers of working anywhere and anytime.It also developed the functions such as querying code and information on engi-neering project by network access with the HttpURLConnection and the HttpClient interface.Based on the exist-ing processes of railway supervision companies and the manner of supervision engineers'working,this system also realized the function of active push with the MQTT protocol.The supervision basic table type module and to -do tasks module were developed as well.Results show that the system runs stably with friendly interface and is easy to extend.
